Job Description Staff Nurse/ODP - Endoscopy (Bank) Haywards Heath Hospital | Nursing | Bank | Part time Up to £26.00 per hour depending on experience

Main duties of the job

As a Bank Endoscopy Practitioner (RGN/ODP) you will: Support and assist Consultants during a range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. Deliver highquality perioperative care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment. Work across varied caseloads using stateoftheart endoscopy stacks, scopes and equipment. Undertake preoperative assessments where required. Act as a role model by supporting, supervising and developing junior team members. Communicate effectively to ensure seamless teamwork and coordination across departments. Deliver care that is clinically effective, evidencebased and truly patientcentred. Ensure continuity of care by collaborating with ward colleagues and other clinical departments. Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and highperforming clinical environment.
