Main duties of the job

As an HSSU Coordinator, you will: Move and handle trays and items of various weights and sizes Be competent in following strict infectionprevention standards for the decontamination of endoscopic equipment. Maintain accurate records and keep documentation up to date Dispose of contaminated waste in accordance with hospital policy Regularly check that our equipment is in good working order and all faults are reported Maintain a clean and tidy working environment Take action to rectify any problems and escalating issues where necessary
