Main duties of the job
As a Paediatric Nurse, you will:
Bring valuable post-registration experience, including work on the surgical ward, with a dual training approach that equips you for both paediatric and adult care environments.
Ideally possess Intermediate Life Support (ILS) or Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification.
Have a passion for delivering exceptional care to look after children between the ages of 3-16 years during their pre/post operative stay on the ward and whilst they attend clinics and procedures around the hospital.
Play a vital role in supporting children through their hospital journey, acting as a trusted support for both patients and their parents or guardians.
Deliver high quality, clinically effective care as an essential part of our ward team
Broaden your skills across a wide variety of cases
