Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub Nurse

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Scrub Practitioner you will;
Work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities which are all state-of-the-art
Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
Be trained as a Surgical First Assistant or be prepared to undertake the training with us at Nuffield Health
Experienced in completing clinical audits where appropriate - full training will be provided

Promote the best evidence based practice within own scope of practice

You bring a passion for high standards in perioperative care, a meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience. You're a focused, flexible and motivated team worker.
