Main duties of the job

As a Bank Oncology Staff Nurse, you will: Be a valued addition to the team in our consultant and nurse-led service Work with patients receiving chemotherapy or new treatments, such as immunotherapy Fully assess each patient's needs, providing tailored treatment plans and care Administer systemic anti-cancer therapies Assist consultants during clinics Provide care for Acute Oncological emergencies Be proficient in venepuncture, cannulation and the use of central venous access devices
