Staff Nurse- Oncology Bamford Suite - Derby Hospital | Oncology | Permanent | Part time Very competitive salary depending on skills and experience 30 hours per week

Main duties of the job

As an Oncology Nurse, you will: Be a valued addition to the team in our consultant and nurse-led service Work with patients receiving chemotherapy or new treatments, such as immunotherapy Fully assess each patient's needs, providing tailored treatment plans and care Assist consultants during clinics Assessing and monitoring patient conditions Experience/competence in administering SACT, undertaking venepuncture, cannulation and managing of a variety Central Vascular Access Devices is desirable but not essential as training can be given. Working as an effective team member and promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships
