Main duties of the job
Personally undertake a required proportion of clinical duties, ensuring efficient & safe delivery of clinical services based on Nuffield Health & Wellbeing Models & Care Pathway.
Take a lead role in managing clinical information, ensuring the timely delivery of results to customers from your clinical team, such as report issue, pathology results, ECG reporting, referrals, and referral follow ups, in accordance with each care pathway, service-level agreement, and procedure.
Ensure that all clinical records are accurately maintained and conform to all legal requirement.
Be responsible for the operational management of the health assessment service delivered by Nuffield Health.
Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times and work to facilitate the smooth day-to-day running of the services.

The role of a Site Lead Physiologist is to empower their team to provide a genuinely exceptional customer experience delivering health assessments, ensuring exemplary, high-quality clinical care with a genuine desire to resolve health issues and actively promote the principles of health & wellbeing.
As the Site Lead Physiologist, you will ensure the daily operations of the health assessment service are managed seamlessly, underpinned by Nuffield Health's robust company frameworks with regards to clinical governance, professional standards and best practice performance in line with the Healthcare Standards Act 2000.
The Site Lead will also line manage the onsite physiologist team and should exhibit strong interpersonal skills in appropriately managing any operational matters within their team.

Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team.
