Main duties of the job

Work with the Theatre manager to promote new and different ways of working, which will enhance both the endoscopy and day-stay services. Support the Endoscopy team to promote a safe and stable service. Carry out work to maintain JAG status including audits and have a good understanding of the JAG process. Hold quarterly Endoscopy user group meetings in line with JAG process. Work flexibly within the unit's current structure to provide stability and future expansion possibilities. Provide a high standard of patient care that promotes the patient experience. Work with our Consultants to enhance the reputation of the unit.

Wessex Hospital Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a stunning 46 bedded private hospital in West Hampshire with specialisms in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women's Health and Spinal surgery. The hospital also benefits from having onsite Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy so we can give our patients a complete package of care. There are 16 consulting rooms with speciality outpatient rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 24 hr resident doctor on site (RMO) and four operating theatres and one endoscopy suite.
