Job summary

Oncology Coordinator Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital | Oncology | Permanent| Part time | Up to £ 23,812.95 per annum (Pro rata), depending on experience 30 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (To meet the service requirements)

Main duties of the job

Book all patients appointments including Clinic's and Chemotherapy. Greet and Collect patients from reception and bring them up to appointments. Organise and prepare Consultant Clinics. Arrange port insertions, Blood Transfusions and other relevant procedures. Organise and prepare for the Breast service. Chase CT, MRI and PET Scan appointments and results. Up date COSHH Folder. Answer telephone calls and field telephone calls. Complete GP Discharge summaries from I Qemo. Direct patient queries to the relevant person/ department accordingly. Minute Meetings. Ensure all notes are filed and archived accordingly. Liaise with Consultant and Secretaries regarding patients.
