Clinical Leader Leeds Hospital | Endoscopy Unit | Permanent | Full time Includes weekend work Up to £45,000.00 depending on experience 37.5 hours per week

Main duties of the job

Lead and champion patient safety within the endoscopy service, seeking out potential issues and encouraging staff to call out and report safety concerns. Lead and promote governance activity, championing clinical effectiveness and ensuring full compliance with Nuffield Health's Quality governance framework and national standards, e.g. CQC/HIW/HIS/JAG/BSG Regulation, fundamentals of care, professional standards and evidence-based guidelines. With support from the Director of Clinical Services, achieve JAG accreditation. Previous experience in a senior position. Provide clinical expertise within Endoscopy area and act as a resource. Lead and organise the activities of the Endoscopy unit on a day to day basis.
