Main duties of the job

Be flexible, motivated, an excellent communicator and team worker. Administer chemotherapy treatments to patients according to prescribed protocols. Monitor and assess patients during and after chemotherapy sessions, ensuring their well-being. Collaborate with oncologists and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on chemotherapy procedures, potential side effects, and self-care measures. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Provide emotional support to patients and families coping with the challenges of cancer treatment.
