Within this team, we offer our patients life changing gender affirming surgery for both feminising and masculinising - procedures including Vaginoplasty, Chest Reconstruction and Maxillofacial. As a Staff Nurse in the Gender Affirmation Surgical Pathways team you will be registered with the appropriate governing body, you'll have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC, preferably with 18 months postgraduation experience in surgical nursing. As a Staff Nurse, you will:

  • Join a close-knit team headed by our matron on our consultant-led ward
  • Fully understand and pay close attention to each patient's needs
  • Work directly with some of the best clinical talent around
  • Gain valuable experience of new practices, equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care
