Staff Nurse - Gender Affirmation Surgical Pathways Team
Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital | Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Up to £37,500.00 per annum depending on experience

Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital are recruiting for a Staff Nurse to join our dedicated Gender Affirmation Surgical Pathways team. Within this team, we offer our patients life changing gender affirming surgery for both feminising and masculinising - procedures including Vaginoplasty, Chest Reconstruction and Maxillofacial.
As a Staff Nurse in the Gender Affirmation Surgical Pathways team you will be registered with the appropriate governing body, you'll have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC, preferably with 18 months postgraduation experience in surgical nursing.
As a Staff Nurse, you will:
Join a close-knit team headed by our matron on our consultant-led wardFully understand and pay close attention to each patient's needsWork directly with some of the best clinical talent aroundGain valuable experience of new practices, equipment and facilitiesCollaborate with practitioners across other departments to ensure continuity in patient care

At Nuffield Health Brighton Hospital, we work with leading medical Consultants to provide first-class treatments and high standards of care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of medical and surgical conditions using the latest facilities and technology. We take pride in delivering high standards of patient care to both private patients and the NHS. Our facilities include 44 purpose built en-suite rooms, three operating theatres and an endoscopy theatre. Other facilities include physiotherapy, health screening, diagnostics and a dental suite. We are located in Woodingdean, on the east side of Brighton with easy access by rail and road, including free parking.
