Job summary

About us

The Tunbridge Wells Hospital. The Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital are recognised for their friendly atmosphere, clinical expertise, and high standards of care. Our purpose-built hospital has 40 en-suite bedrooms, a busy outpatients and pre-assessment departments. We also provide a diagnostic imaging service (Philips MRI, Canon CT, Ultrasound, Mammography and X-ray), pathology, paediatric unit, Cancer care unit, 3 state of the art theatres and physiotherapy services. Our Radiology department is currently nearing phase 2 of of a major redevelopment. The department now boasts a brand new digital x-ray room and the new procedures room is about to be installed. Nuffield have invested greatly into the department with a state of the art flat plate detector digital C arm and digital mobile unit. The hospital has been established since 1968 and is situated behind Dunorlan Park. The surgical ward has 28 beds and nurse patients who have undergone orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, plastic surgery ENT and breast surgery, to name a few.
