Theatre Team Leader for orthopaedics and spine
Warwickshire Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time |Includes weekend work
Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Main duties of the job
As a Team leader, you will:
Support the Theatre Manager Manager in the efficient running of the Theatres
Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care
Work well with consultants who are experts in their field
Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery
Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety

- As a Sister / Charge Nurse at our Warwickshire Nuffield Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC or HCPC.
Experience

- ith excellent leadership skills, you hold post-registration experience in care of patients, intra operatively, in everything from Orthopaedic, to ENT, Gynae and Urology and ophthalmology.
