Main duties of the job

As our Pre-assessment Manager you will be responsible for: Leading a team of experienced Practitioners in the Pre-Assessment setting. You will ensure patients are thoroughly screened prior to admission, identify any perceived risks to the relevant personnel prior to admission. You will be a confident and competent communicator, able to liaise effectively with all disciplines. To succeed as a Pre-Assessment Manager you will need: At least 2 years in a clinical leadership role Demonstrate passion and ambition to deliver the best experience for our patients. Be organised, structured and flexible in relation to managing the business needs. Demonstrate experience in successful change management.
