Main duties of the job

As our Learning & Development Trainer, you will: Engage and support all hospital team and consultants to understand and learn new ways of working, related to the use of the system. This includes related business and clinical processes and workflows. Support the creation and maintenance of training content for a blended learning package for the implementation of the TrakCare EPR into Nuffield Health hospitals. Successfully deliver training for all team, consultants, and other partners. Support the tracking of outcomes and evaluation throughout and feeding into necessary adjustments.
