Job summary
Theatre Clinical Leader - Anaesthetics and Recovery North Staffs | Theatres | Permanent | Full time | includes weekend work Up to £43,250 depending on experience 37.5 hours per week
Main duties of the job
Provide strong clinical leadership to the theatre department, leading and managing a clinical team Support the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the theatre department Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care Work well and communicate effectively with consultants and anaesthetists who are experts in their field Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery Champion a supportive, enabling working culture in the theatre department, promoting staff development and safety Develop and carry out clinical audit
