Main duties of the job

As a Sister / Charge Nurse, you will: Support the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the Recovery Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care Work well with consultants who are experts in their field Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety

There are 16 consulting rooms with speciality outpatient rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 24 hr resident doctor on site (RMO) and four operating theatres and one endoscopy suite.
