£23.00 per hour
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability

Our state of the art hospital, is central Cambridge's premium private hospital, boasting an Outstanding CQC score and offer a full range of medical and surgical specialities. With expertise in Cancer care and Cancer surgery, Orthopaedic surgery (including robotic surgery), Neurosurgery, as well as specialist Paediatric services. Recently having secured a partnership with the Royal Papworth NHS Trust we will see growth in our Cardiology services and aim to expand our current speciality in this field.
Hospital facilities include 4 state of the art digital theatres, 36 bed ward, Day case theatre/endoscopy suite, 4 operating theatres, oncology unit and a very busy outpatient department which includes diagnostic imaging.
Backed by the latest diagnostic imaging facilities including X-ray, mammography, ultrasound, wide bore MRI and CT scanning, we offer immediate assessment and expert diagnosis.

As a Bank Cardiac Radiographer at Cambridge you will;
Deliver a high-quality cardiac imaging service within theatresTrain and mentor staff in cardiac imagingAccurately input data into radiology software CRIS, patient management software PIMS to ensure correct billing of patientsWork with leading practitioners and experiencing new practices, equipment and facilitiesProvide a service of the highest quality, delivered with sensitivity and compassionMaintain continuing professional development (CPD) recordThis role is required to support weekend work
The Person
To succeed as a Bank Cardiac Radiographer at Cambridge you will have;
High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately, with a great eye for detailA caring nature - to see each patient as an individual and carry out this role with understanding and empathyA BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)Proven experience and understanding of UK legislation and governing bodies relating to RadiologyBe able to demonstrate current cardiac imaging experienceWork well within a close, supportive team. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure the patient has a positive experienceAttention to detail and accurate data entry skills
