Main duties of the job
This advanced clinical role requires a high
degree of autonomy, professional judgement, and leadership. You will carry out
comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage conditions, and develop
evidence-based, personalised care plans in partnership with patients and
multidisciplinary teams.
Working autonomously, you will provide safe,
timely clinical decision-making for patients with acute, long-term, and complex
needs, applying advanced clinical and prescribing skills where qualified.
Beyond direct patient care, you will contribute to service development, quality
improvement, and innovative ways of working, collaborating with divisional and
national teams to enhance processes and support sustainable service
transformation. Flexibility, initiative, and commitment are essential to
maintaining high standards of care, governance, and operational delivery.
