Job summary
Modality Partnership AWC Divisionhas part-time/full-time vacancy (minimum 30 hours per week) for a Practice-based Wound Care Specialist Nurse. The postholder will be a registered nurse with qualification/skills in the management of complex and chronic wounds working one of the sites across Modality AWC Division. Responsible for the delivery and management of complex and chronic wound care to the whole practice population. We are seeking dedicated postholders to join our team and who can display our CARE values: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. Salary for this role is £19.13 per hour equivalent to £37,405.94 per annum WTE dependant on experience.

Main duties of the job
The role is both the delivery of evidence-based practice for patients presenting with complex and chronic wound care requirements, and the provision of preventative health care to the practice population. Responsible for the care delivered to their patients, demonstrating critical thinking and skills in clinical decision-making in the management of patients.
