Job summary
Modality Partnership Hull Division has a part-time/full-time vacancy (30-37.5 hours per week) for a Pharmacy Technician. The postholder will be a high performing Pharmacy Technician, working at Alexandra Road Health Care Centre and across the Modality Hull Division providing Pharmacy Technician support along with Pharmacists, who together with digital enablers such as online consultations, will create an innovative pharmacy hub for patients. We are seeking dedicated postholders to join our team and who can display our CARE values: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. Salary for this role is £31,852 per annum WTE.
This job is suitable for individuals who are career driven and have a passion for patient care and supporting patients with their health outcomes. Working with the wider team such as Pharmacists, prescribing teams, and GPs to ensure prescribing targets are met and changes are made in a timely manner.

Main duties of the job
The postholder will work as part of Modality Partnership East Surrey Division working as part of a pan-divisional pharmacy hub which will include pharmacy administrators, pharmacy technicians & prescribing pharmacists, and who will deal with all pharmacy related patient inquiries, as well as the delivery of structured medication reviews, high-risk drug monitoring, medicines reconciliation, repeat medication facilitation, drug audits and other clinical work depending on your competencies.
The role is not a regular 9am-5pm job; the job requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed.
