Modality Partnership
Mid Sussex Division has a vacancy for a 1-2 Salaried GPs to complement our
existing team to work in East Grinstead and Burgess Hill. The postholder will be passionate
about patient care, working across Modality Mid Sussex division and contributing
to the innovation within the partnership in the way care is delivered. With a
250-patient list size per session. We are seeking dedicated postholders to join
our team who will embrace our partnership values CARE.
This job is
suitable for individuals who are compassionate, patient focused and have a real
passion for primary care, and working within a larger GP super partnership, who
are dedicated to making real changes to the health care services provided
within Primary Care to improve patient care and the work life balance for our

Main duties of the job
The role is a patient centred role delivered
from your nominated practice site. The postholder will need to confidently evidence
key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical
skills and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions. The
usual duties of a salaried GP will be expected patient care through regular
appointments, home visits and the general administration for patient care. The
postholder will work in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging
the use of the associated roles that are be attached to the practice.
1 duty day a week pro rata, supported by an acute on the day
team headed up by a Partner so always peer supported
and routine day includes 14 appointments in morning 10 in
afternoon. EMIS practice
with Docman for letters. Future
partnership opportunities for the right candidate. Staff wellbeing is high up
on our agenda for the whole team and we ensure we inject an element of fun into
our PLT events.
Strong training practice not only
for GP registrars and medical students but we have supported many allied health
professionals through career development programs.Paramedics to assist
with visits, a strong pharmacy team to help manage prescription workload and a
streamlined document management system in place to reduce the admin burden. Supportive
learning environment with weekly clinical meetings and monthly national
Modality grand rounds delivered by video conference.

in Burgess Hill, 2 sites in East Grinstead Judges Close/ Ship Street. Modality are
the largest GP super-partnerships in the UK, with a list size of 450,000
