Modality
Partnership Birmingham Division has a full-time vacancy for a Deputy Service
Manager Governance and Compliance to support the day to day compliance and management
of Birmingham Divsion Practice sites (HWW, BV, LP and Enki). The post-holder will
have well developed organisational skills, be an excellent communicator
(written and oral), be used to managing and delivering to deadlines and have
strong analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are paramount for this
post together with confidence to engage and work with a range of colleagues at
all levels and from all professional groups. We are seeking dedicated

Main duties of the job
The role is a
hands-on leadership and management role, working to assist the Service Manager
to ensure statutory and compliance tasks are completed each month, quarter and
annually as diarised. The postholder will work as part of the Management Team
to formulate objectives and develop ideas for future practice development
pertaining to continuous improvement and embed national compliance policies and
completion of compliance tasks, in conjunction with Estates and Compliance
Officer.
The job
requires innovation, flexibility and commitment and the postholder will be
required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are
completed.

Your job is to
support the day-to-day compliance management of Enki Medical practice sites
(HWW, BV, LP and Enki) and branch locations (St.James & Attwood). The post
holder will be responsible in supporting Services Manager with strategic
overview working with Practice Team and supporting Senior PSAs to provide
effective leadership and management that enables Sites to achieve agreed aims
and objectives within a profitable, efficient, safe and effective working
environment and ensure the delivery of compliant, high-quality services and
patient care within Modality Clinical Governance framework.
