Job summary

Modality Partnership Hull Division has a part-time vacancy for an Educational Rota Coordinator. The postholder will be a high performing Educational Liaison Officer, working across Modality Hull Division and across the Partnership providing administrative and operational support to ensure clinical sessions are applied from supervisor requests.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will work as part within the Central Administration function and will be responsible for the inputting of rotas and shifts for trainees into the clinical appointments system for Modality Partnership. This will involve close liaison with key stakeholders, particularly the Clinical Education Partner lead, HYMS tutors, GP trainers, Clinical Team Leads and the Premises & Facilities Managers. The post holder will play a pivotal role in ensuring we offer effective clinical supervision and education for our trainees and training clinicians.

The role is not a regular 9am-5pm job; the job requires innovation, flexibility and commitment and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed.

  • Experience in construction of rotas and rota planning
