Job summary

Modality Partnership has a full-time vacancy for a Business Support Officer, working across the Division where required. The post holder will be responsible for providing a high quality and comprehensive senior administrative service to the Executive Partner and Divisional Board members, supporting the Divisional Board and Executive Partner in all aspects of the development of the Division. We are seeking a dedicated post holder to join our team who can display our CARE values: Commitment, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

Main duties of the job

The role is an all-rounded, hands-on administrative role; the post holder will need to confidently evidence and utilise key skills such as effective communication, time management, diary management, good IT skills and the ability to prioritise the workload in accordance to the day to day demands. The post holder will provide corporate administrative services working alongside the Lead Partner dealing with divisional matters, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining key business records etc.

The role is not a regular 9am-5pm job; every day is a different day. The post holder will be required to work flexibly in line with the business needs. The job requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment and the post holder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the Walsall Division.
