<p>The Learning Enterprise (TLE) is a governmentapproved apprenticeship training provider and the lead education provider for HCRG Care Group, partners, and a range of external organisations. We deliver highquality programmes that empower learners to achieve their full potential through inclusive, tailored, and supportive learning experiences.</p><p>We are now seeking a <strong>Functional Skills & Learner Support Tutor</strong> to join our dynamic and supportive team, playing a crucial role in helping apprentices develop essential English and/or Maths skills, progress confidently, and successfully complete their apprenticeships.</p><p>This is a mainly remote role with some National travel required when needed. This is a Bank role.</p><p><strong><u>About the role</u></strong></p><p>As a Learning Support Tutor, you will deliver impactful, engaging English and/or Maths Functional Skills sessions from <strong>Entry Level 3 to Level 2</strong>, supporting a diverse range of learners, including those with SEND. You will combine group teaching with 1:1 learning support and will create inclusive learning plans tailored to individual needs.</p><p>Your work will directly contribute to learner achievement, ensuring progress is accurately monitored and recorded in line with apprenticeship funding rules.</p><p>This is a mainly remote role which helps to
