Job summary
Make a real impact on adult hearing care in a forward thinking community service. We are looking for an experienced Audiologist to join our busy, supportive team and take on a rewarding leadership role that directly improves the lives of people across Bath and North East Somerset. In this hybrid clinical and leadership position, you will work at an advanced clinical level, managing complex adult patients with rehabilitative needs, while also deputising for the Head of Service. You will play a key role in shaping service pathways, driving quality improvement, and contributing to workforce development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a senior role with real influence. You'll work closely with our Hearing Therapy team to deliver a comprehensive, person-centred rehabilitative hearing aid service, helping adults maximise their communication, confidence, and independence.

Fulltime position combining Band 6 and Band 7 responsibilities, 3 days per week (Band 6): 2 days per week (Band 7) Deputising for the Head of Service Band 6 (3 days): £38,682
