Are you a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care in the community?
We are looking for an experienced Band 6 Team Sister / Charge Nurse to join our Community Nursing team supporting patients across the Sheppey locality. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior clinical role within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering care to patients within their own homes and community settings.
You will work closely with the Team Lead and wider community teams to support the day-to-day coordination of services while delivering and overseeing high standards of patient-centred care.

Main duties of the job
As a Band 6 Team Sister / Charge Nurse, youll be part of our valued community nursing team supporting patients across the Sheppey area, delivering high-quality care within peoples homes and community settings.
