Job summary
HCRG Care Group are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and welcoming Recruitment Team.
Youll be a key player in our growing Recruitment Team, helping us deliver exceptional service to our internal stakeholders.Your role will involve managing the full onboarding cycle and leading the compliance process for talented candidates who make a meaningful difference by providing essential health and care services to our communities.
This is a full time position (37.5 hours per week) based at our Head Office in Runcorn.Youll enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule and after settling in, youll have the flexibility ofhybrid workingworking from home two days a week.

Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
As a Recruitment Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing strong relationships with key hiring managers, keeping them updated on key recruitment activity
- Having the autonomy to suggest and implement improved processing systems
- Issuing contracts of employment, whilst understanding our comprehensive terms and conditions
- Organising interviews by calling candidates directly for availability and delivering a high level of customer service throughout their onboarding process with us
- Carrying out pre-employment checks including right to work, DBS and occupational health
