Join the Chippenham Adult Neighbourhood Team Community Healthcare Support Worker
Hours: 30 per week

The Chippenham Neighbourhood Team is seeking a Community Healthcare Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly team providing care to people in their own homes and local community.
This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting individuals independence, wellbeing, and recovery. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with a range of healthcare tasks under the guidance of registered professionals.
We welcome applications from both experienced Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers and those who are new to community healthcare and keen to develop their skills through training and supervision.
Main duties of the job
Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
Good communication and teamwork skills
A flexible and reliable approach to meeting patients needs
A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training and development
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle suitable for business use (essential for community visits)
