Youll design, deliver and develop engaging, blended learning programmes across a range of health and care specialisms helping professionals enhance their skills, confidence and quality of care.Youll alsosupportcurriculum development, contribute to new training solutions, and bring innovation and creativity to everything you do.

Where youll work:

This is ahybrid role, with yourbase office at our Regional Officeandregular travel nationally and regionallyas needed.This role is working 2.5 days per week.

Surrey Hub Locations:

  1. Elmbridge - KT12 3LB
  2. Chertsey - KT16 8LA
  3. Guildford GU3 1LR
  4. Redhill - RH1 5GG
What were looking for:
  • A currentprofessional registration(NMC / HCPC / GDC / Social Work / GMC)

  • Educated todegree level(or equivalent experience)

  • ALevel 4 (or higher)teaching, training or assessing qualification

  • Proven experience deliveringtraining across clinical health and care specialisms

  • Strong background inclinical practice(AHP, Nursing, or Social Work)

  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliverhigh-quality blended learning

  • Confidence in usingdigital toolsfor training and learning delivery

  • Knowledge ofcurriculum design, course development, and research-informed practice

  • A genuine passion fordeveloping others and improving care outcomes

Its a bonus if you have:
  • Line managementorleadership experience

  • Apostgraduate qualificationin Education, Health or Social Care

  • AProject Managementqualification

  • Experience providingclinical supervision or mentoring
