Senior Community IV Nurse - Band 6

Full time, 37.5 Hours per week
Are you an experienced and compassionate nurse looking to make a real difference in your community? Were seeking a Senior Community IV Nurse to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Swindon.
As a key member of our service, you will work both independently and collaboratively to provide specialist IV therapies and holistic support to patients in a variety of settings.
You'll deliver safe, effective care aligned with clinical policies and procedures, while contributing to a positive team culture and ensuring excellent patient experience.
What you'll do
Deliver high-quality IV therapy and community nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
Work with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for delegated tasks from the lead clinician
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and seamless service delivery
Provide support, guidance, and expertise to patients, families, and team members
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards and organisational policies
Where youll work
Based in Swindon, you'll enjoy a varied role that includes
Working within the clinic environment at the Swindon Intermediate Care Centre, and
Visiting and supporting patients in the comfort of their own homes
