This is a mixture of face to face, e-Learning and workshop based learning to support your development in your chosen career pathway.As a Band 5 Community nurse you will work with the friendly team in 7 day service, working within the hours of 8am-8pm.

You will put to use your strongcommunication and organisation skills, along with a flexible approach, to ensureyou deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of theirhealthcare journey.

A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this role.
