Our Long-Term Conditions Services Diabetes, Dietetics, Orthotics, Physio, Podiatry, Respiratory & Speech & Language Therapy.
What You'll Do:
Receive and process referrals. Data input information onto patient administrative system (SystmOne) . Act as central point of contact for all calls/enquiries to the Team, redirecting calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries where appropriate. Support administrative colleague
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities: Receive and process referrals electronically. Data input information onto patient administrative system. Ensure all calls are dealt with courteously in a timely manner using initiative, discretion, sensitivity and diplomacy at all times. Communicate confidently & effectively with a variety of organisational stakeholders. Support administrative colleagues providing admin support to the team as required. Ensure personal mandatory training compliance and personal development to meet requirements of the post and participate in supervision, training and appraisal. Act responsibly as a team member and seek help and support wherever necessary. Providing flexible administrative and reception cover as required to meet the needs of the services.
