Amesbury Community Team is looking for a dynamicAdministrator to join our busy and friendly team. 30 or 37.5 Hours per week available to the right candidate. In this vital role, you,ll provide essential day-to-day support to our team of administrators, helping us deliver high-quality services to the community. Main duties of the job
Maintain systems to collate information and reports regarding team and staff activity formanagement purposes and ensure that information and records are updated and maintained.
Data entry, word processing, storage of data in line with Community Team processes and Trust procedures. Maintain filing systems for: electronic files; paper files; personal files; team notice board; patient records; archive.
Monitor and maintain adequate supply of stationery in line with team budget.
Order stationery online; process goods received in line with Trust procedures.
Order non-stock items has directed by Team Leader / team members. Order on-line clinical stocks on behalf of clinicians as directed by Team Leader.

To have worked previously in a medical, health or social care environment
Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality
Knowledge of databases and spread sheets
IM&T literate
Regular use of Databases, Word processing packages, spread sheets
Interpersonal skills
Flexible
Efficient, courteous telephone manner
Ability to remain calm in a pressured environment
Ability to prioritise workload
Good communication skills
Calm and approachable
Able to work within a multi-disciplinary team
Able to work unsupervised
Willing to work In other areas as and when required
