As a Business Support Administrator within HCRG Care Group, you will join a team who are focused on clinical excellence and delivering a high level of customer service to children, young people and their families across Wiltshire. Our aim isto really make our service-users and staff feel the difference.
Main duties of the job
Your days will be rewarding and varied. Duties include providing business support to services, processing referrals through the Single Point of Access (SPA), directing calls and correspondence to services across Wiltshire, all within a busy administration team who arrange appointments and signposting for children and young people, their families and other service users. You will be based primarily in our Greenways Office Hub, Chippenham.

Job responsibilities
As a Business Support Administrator, you'll be part of our dynamic team at our Greenways Office Hub, Chippenham. You will feel valued as an Administrator within HCRG Care Group, receiving access to exclusive rewards and benefits including:

The Ideal Candidate
You will ideally have experience of administrative work in a busy, customer facing environment. You will show good initiative and decision making, with the ability to manage your time and to prioritise your workload. The position requires someone who has good organisational skills whilst having a flexible approach to your work demands. Having a caring and understanding personality, you will have a good telephone manner with good customer-service skills. Experience in minute-taking will be an added advantage.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
