We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeship FacilitatoratHCRG Care Group!The role is part ofThe Learning Enterpriseteam which is a government approved apprenticeship training provider for HCRG Care Group and other organisations.

We are looking for someone who has a passion and enthusiasm for apprenticeships. At HCRG Care Group, we want to develop our employees, with the opportunity to complete apprenticeships and higher education courses.

We are looking for someone to join our team on afull time, permanent basis,working Monday-Friday 9am 5pm. The role is ahybrid working roleout of ourRuncorn officeand opportunities towork from homeachieving perfect work life balance.

Main duties of the job

  • Working within a dynamic and fast-paced team within the learning and development arm of HCRG Care Group, The Learning Enterprise (TLE).
  • Monitor and manage initial applications for apprenticeship programmes, preparing for National programmes when required.
  • Work with approved providers to ensure a fit for purpose offering across National and Regional services is implemented and communicated.
  • Provide data and develop reports specific to apprenticeships and apprentices across our organisation
  • Support any apprenticeship expressions of interest and offer information and guidance to our colleagues within HCRG Care Group

Job responsibilities

As an Apprenticeship Facilitator, youll be part of our valued team at HCRG Care Group.

The Ideal Candidate

The essential qualities we are looking for in our applicants are:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with a range of people on a day to day basis.
  • Administrative experience in a busy, customer facing environment.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent customerservice skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills.

Experience and knowledge of apprenticeships and the wider context of vocational education, and health is desirable but not essential as there will be an opportunity for role development.

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
