We are seeking to appoint a new Head of Operations to be responsible for the leadership and development of our Bath and North East Somerset Adult Community services. This is a rare opportunity to have your leadership create tangible results in the way healthcare is delivered.

As a Head of Operations,you will be a critical senior leader within HCRG Care Group working in collaboration with the service managers and clinical leadership team in your business unit to achieve the best possible level of patient care.
Your effective leadership of the business unit will be pivotal in delivering our corporate strategy. Youll be at the forefront of driving innovation and transformation to continue our growth and optimisation of our diverse services across Bath and North East Somerset.

Main duties of the job
As a Head of Operations,you will be supported and well-equipped to lead and develop our BaNES Adult Community services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure financial, commercial, clinical, and operational excellence throughout all commissioned services.
- Develop regional and national growth plans by operationalising strategically aligned goals and objectives designed to grow and retain both existing and new product portfolios.
- Deliver measurable improvement in people and service business performances to ensure that all key objectives for the people we serve are exceeded or met.
