About the Role

You will be joining the very heart of Baywater in our 1037 team. You will provide clinical support for the London Home Oxygen Service and surrounding areas, as well as support Baywater Healthcares Long-Term Condition services. Each day is different, so adaptability and flexibility are essential. In return, youll be truly appreciated by your customers, patients, and team.

Main duties of the job

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing empathetic and professional support to service users, families, and clinical leads
  • Maintaining a robust, reliable, patient-centred Home Care Service for Home Oxygen Therapy
  • Listening to patients and NHS stakeholders, addressing issues, and working with the central team for swift resolution
  • Safeguarding both adult and paediatric patients and their carers
  • Supporting additional clinical contracts including CPAP, nebulisers, and telehealth
  • Sharing clinical knowledge of conditions affecting service users to promote compassion in all areas of the organisation
