Job summary
We are recruiting a motivated, passionate
MSK Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist who wants to work in an environment
that encourages you to be the best version of yourself. We have a strong
reputation in the local community for delivering a patient centred approach of
MSK care including manual therapy, advice and education and comprehensive rehab
programmes.
We have 8 clinics across Lincolnshire
including Lincoln, North Hykeham, Market Rasen, Louth, Gainsborough, Epworth, Woodhall Spa and Skegness.
The case load is split between self-funded
private, private medical insurance, medico-legal and NHS patients. We are a
local centre of excellence for treatment and management of a range of MSK and
sporting injuries.
We offer a mixture of 1:1 sessions and
physio-led rehab classes.

Main duties of the job
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based practice.
- Develop personalised treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation strategies.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in line with professional and legal standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate for holistic patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in service development, audits, and clinical improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to HCPC and CSP standards of conduct, performance, and ethics.
- Engage in continuous professional development and clinical supervision.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist or Sports Therapist to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, evidence-based MSK care to patients presenting with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough MSK assessments, clinical diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Deliver a range of evidence-based treatments including manual therapy, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and patient education.
- Effectively manage a caseload of patients with a variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and legal standards.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment approaches to maximise recovery and function.
- Participate in service audits, quality improvement initiatives, and the development of best clinical practice.
- Stay up to date with current research and clinical developments in MSK physiotherapy.
- Attend regular supervision, in-service training, and CPD opportunities.

- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy or BSc in Sports Therapy
- HCPC registration (Physiotherapists)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
Desirable:
- CSP membership
- 3 years experience in MSK services (NHS, private practice, or sports setting)
- Experience using digital health platforms or electronic clinical notes systems
- Postgraduate training in manual therapy, acupuncture, or strength and conditioning
