Job summary

TheAccuracy Checking Technician role is an exciting and vital role within the dispensing unit in LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare. Within this role, you will play an essential part in the dispensing units process. You will be responsible for the final check/release of medicinal products prior to packing and dispatch to patients. As part of this role you will provide effective checking of medicinal items, checking of ancillary items and printing of delivery notes using the Navision computer system. If you hold an accredited checking technician qualification with relevant experience, then this role is for you!

Main duties of the job

To succeed in this role, you must hold an Accuracy Checking Technicianqualification. As you will be responsible for the final check/release of dispensed medication, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is expected. Dispensary checking experience either in a high-volume hospital, retail or private pharmacy is desired.
