Clinic Manager

Were looking for a Clinic Manager with solid
post-registration experience which includes significant exposure to nephrology
- preferably haemodialysis at Sister/Charge Nurse level. With outstanding
administrative, organisational and clinical skills, you will champion best
practice in patient management and ensure that Clinic staff are recruited,
supported and appraised appropriately.
Participating in budget planning, monitoring supplies and
maintaining Quality Management Systems, you will play an important role in
ensuring the clinic is compliant with standards and performing effectively.
Main duties of the job
You must be a Registered Nurse(General/Learning
Disability/Mental Health)with a current NMC pin. A formal Renal
Nursing qualification (ENB 136) and an ENB 998/City & Guilds 730 (or
equivalent standard qualifications) are essential. Ideally, you will also
be working towards a Degree and have experience of managing others, counselling
patients and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.
