Cygnet Group are looking for a confident Days Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at The Old Vicarage. The Old Vicarage is a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration. This will be a full-time role. Working 40 hours per week, including alternative weekends. Our resident profile: Men and Women over the age of 18 Individuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disability Individuals with a secondary diagnosis of personality disorder or autism May have communication challenges May have associated complex needs
