Cygnet Healthcare is looking forBank Learning Disabilities Support Workersto join our team working at Cygnet Ashbrook.

Potential candidates must hold a UK Driving Licence (Manual & Automatic) with a minimum of 2 Years of driving experience and have no more than 3 points on their licence

Day Shifts:07:45 am till 08:00 pm

Night Shifts:07:45 pm till 08:00 am

Cygnet Ashbrook has 9 self-contained bungalows supporting adults over the age of 18 with learning difficulties & autism located in Bordsley Green.

Cygnet Ashbrook is a supported living service that supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge.

About the Role...

• Helping to promote resident independence

• Supporting residents in all aspects of day-to-day life, encouraging and promoting independence

• Monitoring of residents and reporting concerns to senior team members or managers

• Going out with residents into the local community to attend events, parks, restaurants and local activities

• Completing the residents records to help monitor health

What Cygnet Offers:

• Salary: £13.00 per hour (£14.57 including 12.1% holiday allowance)
