Broughton Houseis a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

We are looking for full time Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Youll be working 42 hours a week, covering 12hrs shifts on a rota basis including weekends making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care. Shift times are 7.45am to 7.45pm.

Due to the remote location of the service and lack of public transport, applicants will need to be a driver or have own means of transport.

Please note: We do not offer Sponsorship for this role and you must have over 12 months remaining on your current visa to be considered.

Your day-to-day

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care

  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

  • Assist with medical & welfare needs

  • Report on medical &a mp; welfare needs as required

  • Safeguard

  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
