We are looking for an organised HR Administrator with a passion for making a difference to others.

You'll be working full time 38.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) at Cygnet Hospital Bierley, helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care.

Cygnet Hospital Bierley provides a range of acute and low secure mental health services for men and women.

The hospital is set across four wards offering single-sex male and female specialist mental health services. All our services are provided under the umbrella of a recovery orientated approach and are reviewed through the CPA framework.

You will be responsible for helping provide a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and the people in our care.

Your day-to-day...

  • Ensure HR systems are regularly maintained & updated
  • Work with the HR teams & provide administrative support
  • Ensure all HR records & systems are accurate & comply with the Data Protection Act
  • Maintain employee personnel files & ensure they are fully compliant with CQC guidelines
  • Proactively develop & implement robust systems across Cygnet Assist in the maintenance of employee data on Cygnets HR information system.

  • An excellent communicator & a good team player
  • Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
  • Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
  • A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office & the internet.
