We are looking for a confidentSupport Workerwith a passion for delivering outstanding care.

Youll be working40hours a week,Monday to Friday day shifts only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atLong Eaton Day

Services.

Long Eaton Day Servicesspecialises in supporting individuals with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, in addition to those with complex health needs, physical disabilities and those with autism. We have a long history of enhancing the quality of life of the individuals who attend the service.

Your day-to-day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care

• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

• Assist with medical & welfare needs

• Report on medical & welfare needs as required

• Safeguard

• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
