We are looking for an outstanding Female Bank Support Workers with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You'll have the opportunity to work bank shifts (days,nights,weekends) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kensington Gardens.

You'll be working shifts:- 7am to 7pm, 9am to 9pm, 10am to10pm and waking nights 7pm to 7am.

Kensington Gardens in Darlington provides four tenancies, the service is focused on empowering individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.

Your day-to-day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
