Cygnet is currently looking for an experienced Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Cygnet Conifers on a 12month Fixed Term Contract. At Cygnet Conifers, you will be working 42 hours per week, covering a mix of day shifts, night shifts and weekend work. Conifers is a specialist 7bed residential home providing outcomefocused support for adults with profound to moderate learning disabilities and autism, alongside associated complex needs. We provide a safe, comfortable and empowering environment where independence, dignity and community integration are at the heart of everything we do. Our approach is rooted in personcentred planning, ensuring each individual receives consistent, tailored support.

At Cygnet Conifers, you will be working 42 hours per week, covering a mix of day shifts, night shifts and weekend work.

Conifers is a specialist 7bed residential home providing outcomefocused support for adults with profound to moderate learning disabilities and autism, alongside associated complex needs.
